Confessions Of a Shopaholic By Sophie Kinsella (BookDepository//Goodreads)
Publication Date- March 3rd, 1999
Why I Added It To My To-Read List: I watched the movie about five years ago -I don't remember anything, except that I enjoyed it- and I didn't know it was a book. When I found out, I immediately put it on my wishlist. I was at a bookshop yesterday, and I found this for 3$ and I couldn't resist.
What It's About: On the face of it, Rebecca Bloomwood has it all. Confident, single and happily living in des-res Fulham with her best friend Suze, she's a financial journalist who spends her days writing articles advising other people on the importance of budgeting and prudent investing. Her private life is a different story though; Rebecca manages her own finances in a way that would make most of her readers' hair curl--for Rebecca is a woman on a mission--she just can't stop spending.

Thank You Notes 2 By Jimmy Fallon (BookDepository//Goodreads)
Publication Date- May 22nd, 2012
Why I Added It To My TBR: I was getting ready to pay for some of my books when I saw this gem. I've recently started watching a lot of Jimmy Fallon and when I saw this, I immediatly picked it up with no hesitation! Thank You Notes is a segment on Jimmy's show that I love! Something really funny is that there's a sound chip that plays the Thank You Notes theme song, which is really fun to read with!
What It's About: Picking up where
the first Thank You Notes left
off, Jimmy Fallon has many more people and things to thank. He addresses some
200 new subjects in need of his undying "gratitude." Each page will
feature one note and a photograph of its recipient.
"Thank you, gift bags, for saying "I care enough to put your
gift in a slightly fancier bag than the one I bought it in."
"Thank you, people whose Facebook profile picture is them as a
baby, for basically saying, "Here's the last time I wasn't ugly."
"Thank you, women who walk around with their yoga mats in slings,
for either looking like an unemployed archer or a bazooka smuggler."

Film Flubs & Son of Film Flubs By Bill Givens
Publication Date- January 1st, 1990 & January 1st, 1991
Why I Added It To My TBR: Who wouldn't want to see the mistakes that were made in famous movies? This seems like one of those fun, open and close books. I saw this at a bookstore, and I was like: THIS IS AWESOME! But then I notice behind it, there's book called THE SON OF FILM FLUBS. Ahem, these books are MINE! MY PRECIOUS!!!

What It's About: Discovering on-screen mistakes has become all the rage. Armed with Film Flubs, people are looking at movies with a trained eye, trying to discover continuity errors on their own. Now author Bill Givens is back with Film Flubs, a'hilarious collection of movie goofs, gaffes, and glitches. Photographs throughout.

A Year At The Movies By Kevin Murphy
Publication Date- August 10th, 2002
Why I Added It To My TBR: I love Kevin Murphy on Comic Book Men, so that got my wheels turning. But the second I read the title,

who doesn't want to read a book about a guy watching movies every freakin' day? I flipped around the book and.... man I wanted to stop right then and there and start reading it.
What It's About: For some of us, moviegoing is an occasional pleasure. Kevin Murphy made it his obsession, and he did it for you.

Kevin went to the multiplex,
sure. But he didn't stop there. He found the world's smallest commercial movie
theater. Another one made completely of ice. Checked out flicks in a tin-roofed
hut in the South Pacific. Tooled across the desert from drive-in to drive-in in
a groovy convertible. Lived for a week solely on theater food. Took six
different women to the same date movie. Dressed up as a nun for the
Sing-Along Sound
of Music in London. Sneaked into
the Cannes and Sundance film festivals. Smuggled an entire Thanksgiving dinner
into a movie theater. And saw hundreds of films, from the Arctic Circle to the
Equator, from the sublime to the unspeakable. Come along on a joyous global
celebration of the cinema with a man on a mission -- watch a movie everyday for
a year.
